Regular Timing will be 1pm to 5pm

Location: Chaklala Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Note: There will be a 15-day unpaid training at the beginning. If you complete the training successfully, you will be offered the job.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to assist in online searching and submitting Documents to relevant postings across various portals and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and basic knowledge of online job platforms.

You will play a key role in supporting candidates by finding suitable job opportunities and submitting personalized applications efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant opportunities on platforms
  • Submit documents to matching listings
  • Maintain organized records of all applications submitted, including job links, dates, and statuses
  • Tailor and adjust documents based on the description (optional if instructed)
  • Track and report daily/weekly progress and submission counts
  • Coordinate with team members or clients for profile updates or strategy improvements

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry, admin support, or virtual assistance

Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently

Strong typing and internet research skills

Must have a personal computer/laptop and stable internet connection

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Good English communication skills (reading & writing)

Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, email communication, and file management
