Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining employee and HR-related data in the organization's systems. This role supports the HR department in record keeping, documentation, and ensuring data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical HR records.
  • Assist in generating HR reports such as attendance, leave, payroll data, and employee records.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of all data entry tasks.
  • Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and verify information with relevant HR staff.
  • Support HR team in documentation, filing, and record management.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in routine administrative and clerical tasks assigned by HR management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR software.
  • Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
