Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and guidance to customers.
  • Record and maintain logs of customer interactions and solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team when required.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and customer feedback summaries.

Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate in Commerce with Diploma in IT (Aptech or equivalent).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5 or higher.
  • Fresh graduates / freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
  • Good understanding of computer applications (MS Office, Internet, Email).
  • Ability to multitask, stay patient, and work in a team-oriented environment.
