  5. Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently.

  6. Maintain client record and ensure data integrity.

  7. Conduct research on our products, regulations and industry trends.

  8. Assist with marketing initiatives including social media management and content creation.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in using insurance software systems and MS Office.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational & multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer & Chat Support: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Urdu/English fluently (Preferred)
