Scada engineer with the following expertise:

  • Work on protocols like Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, 4-20mA HART, Siemens PLC SCADA Integration, RS485/232 and Plant Node.
  • Handle devices with HMI, multi-component devices connected to PLC controllers, and data transmission via switches.
  • Develop new hardware solutions rnd and integrate them into existing systems for improved functionality and data acquisition.
  • Conduct surveys to assess current systems and identify technical needs.
  • Implement projects, including hardware and software configuration, based on survey findings.
  • Test and maintain current devices and software, ensuring compatibility and addressing issues
  • Can handle devices like energy Analyzers, VFDs, and flow meters.

This combined role seeks a versatile candidate capable of both innovation and practical implementation within the IoT domain.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot communication protocols such as Modbus (RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, M-Bus) and 4-20mA signals.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools like ModScan, Modbus Poll, and terminal software for testing and analysis.
  • Perform testing, calibration, and commissioning of energy meters, flow meters, HMI and VFDs.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain IoT-based monitoring and control systems.
  • Prepare system documentation, survey reports, and provide technical support, including software configuration.
  • Travel across the country for on-site installations and client servicing
