TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd, formerly known as Moody International (Pvt.) Ltd., is a leading Certification and Inspection Company in Pakistan with over 1500 clients, including major companies in the industry. The company is focused on providing independent 3rd party Registration/Certification services against various International ISO standards, as well as technical inspection services for the Oil & Gas, construction, and power industries. Quality is the top priority for the company, with a strong emphasis on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's client base, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. The sales manager will also collaborate with the technical team to provide comprehensive solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell the full spectrum of certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC, FSMS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 15348, etc.). Sustainability standards, including ISO & -2, OK Recycled, and EN 15343 and other relevant certifications covered by the company.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the Karachi region.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales targets.
2. Sales Targets and Reporting:
Achieve set monthly sales targets (PKR 2.5 Million per month) for Initial certifications
within the Karachi region.
Regularly report sales progress, pipeline status, and updates.
Provide market insights, feedback on competitor activities, and suggest strategies for
growth.
Our sales resource in Karachi shall report to you.
Any hiring of new sales resources in Karachi region shall be your responsibility.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and
standards.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and contract
details.
4. Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitive activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and
areas for growth.
Stay updated on the latest standards and regulations relevant to certification.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales in a reputable TIC company.
- Strong understanding of management system certification processes and standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience (preference shall be given to people coming from ISO certification sector)
Skills:
· Exceptional English Communication Skills (both written & verbal).
· Highly Motivated & Energetic and have a huge Appetite for Work & Growth.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools particularly expertise in word, excel and power point.
· Good Time management, Teamwork & Team Management.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks.
