Tracking World Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer / UI-UX Specialist to join our in-house design and development team. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently designing modern, user-centric interfaces — ensuring usability, visual consistency, and seamless user experience across mobile and web platforms.

Position: Figma Designer / UI-UX Specialist

Location: Lahore – Head Office

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Figma & UI/UX Design)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Apply HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) principles to create user-friendly experiences
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmark best UI patterns and flows
  • Build and maintain component libraries, style guides, and design systems
  • Translate business requirements into functional design concepts and user journeys
  • Create interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and usability testing
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams for accurate design implementation
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile
  • Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on design improvements
  • Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, usability standards, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components)
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology & user research methods
  • Proven experience designing mobile apps, dashboards, or web portals
  • Knowledge of responsive/adaptive design & accessibility (WCAG)
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to independently convert ideas and briefs into user-ready UI screens
  • Experience with developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode, Figma Dev Mode)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for design explanation

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, React)
  • Experience building scalable design systems
  • Exposure to micro-interactions, UX writing, or animation (Lottie/AE)
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines
