Alpha Digital is hiring for their Sales Team - Sales Development Specialist

Location: DHA 2 - Islamabad

Role Description

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in digital marketing lead generation for US and Canadian markets, and be confident using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, and CRM platforms.

It's a Hybrid Role with a very strong Commission %. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, booking meetings for the sales team, and helping to build a predictable pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales for marketing firms (B2B preferred).
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads via email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Comfortable running email campaigns, text campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prospects and follow-ups.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn — with a "hunter" mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Shift Timings: Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT

Salary: 70k-75k PKR + BIG commissions.
