Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Sales Specialist based in Islamabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, maintaining customer records, and preparing sales reports. Coordination with the marketing team to develop strategies and attending regular training sessions are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and development of sales strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with B2B sales is highly desirable
