We're Hiring – Operations Executive

Location: Lahore

Work Schedule: U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

We are hiring for one of our clients — a leading organization in healthcare operations — seeking an Operations Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare operations and eager to grow in a structured, professional, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations to ensure seamless workflows across departments.
  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for management.
  • Coordinate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
  • Manage documentation, scheduling, and compliance with established processes.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency and patient care outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under EST hours with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh Graduate or having 1–3 years of prior experience in healthcare operations or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
