Quality Assurance Analyst/ Application Engineer

Meddela is providing IT services to US customers. We are currently seeking QA Analysts/ Application Engineers to join our Islamabad office. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, QA skills, and client interaction capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough QA/ testing to ensure the delivery of error-free solutions.
  • Configure solution in
    CCM software
    to meet client requirements
  • Be responsible for timely delivery of solution to the customer and its quality
  • Work from our office at NSTP, NUST, H-12 during the evening shift (5:00 pm to 2:00 am)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 3+ CGPA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience is preferred.
