We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist Female to manage end-to-end payroll processes with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using TimeTrax HRIS software.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, leave balances, and benefits.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any related issues.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring correct data entry and approval.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Handle employee queries related to salaries, overtime, and deductions professionally.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation, taxation, and HRIS functionalities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven 2–4 years of payroll processing experience (preferably in a medium to large organization).
  • Mandatory experience in using TimeTrax HRIS software for payroll and attendance management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.
