Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated
HR & Culture Intern
to support our Human Resources team in daily operations and help enhance a positive, engaging, and productive workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, communication, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain candidate databases and employee records.
  • Help in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Help in creating internal communication content (announcements, newsletters, culture updates).
  • Gather employee feedback and support culture-building initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving workplace culture and team collaboration.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain HR files and documentation.
  • Support HR team in daily tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with coordination of trainings, workshops, and meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts (preferred, not required).
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
