We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of
Procurement Executive – Medicines
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the procurement of medicines and related supplies, ensuring timely availability while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement of medicines, surgical items, and pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors to secure best prices, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Pharmacy and Stores for replenishments.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation of procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (Pharmacy background will be a plus).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of procurement software will be an advantage.
