We are seeking a SEO Specialist to take full ownership of search engine optimization strategies, ensuring that both our company and our clients rank at the top of search results.

Job Summary:

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions. You will work across multiple brands and industries, optimizing on-page and off-page SEO, conducting keyword research, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for both our company and client businesses.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and technical SEO elements.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
  • Monitor website analytics, track key performance metrics, and generate reports.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO-friendly content.
  • Optimize local SEO efforts for businesses targeting specific regions or markets.
  • Implement and manage SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve SEO performance.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Experience with content strategy and keyword optimization for blogs, product pages, and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes (preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices
