About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial health by overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory requirements.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Supervise accounting staff and support their professional development.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
