About the job

We're looking for a skilled 
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant
 to lead the end-to-end implementation of the 
Financial Module
 for a multinational client. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in financial system configurations, data migration, and post go-live user support. Preference will be given to candidates with Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) qualifications and prior ERP implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy core Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting).
  • Design and implement the Chart of Accounts, fiscal calendars, tax rules, and reporting structures.
  • Migrate financial data from legacy systems (vendors, customers, balances, transactions).
  • Build financial dashboards & reports (Power BI preferred).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues post-implementation.
  • Optimize workflows and reporting based on user feedback.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system adoption and smooth operations.

Tech Stacks & Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
     – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting.
  • Data Migration Tools
     – SQL, Excel, Power Query, LCS.
  • Reporting Tools
     – Power BI, Management Reporter, SSRS.
  • Integrations
     – REST APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Documentation
     – SOPs, user manuals, process flows (Visio/Lucidchart).
  • Strong financial domain knowledge and ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Finance/F&O full-cycle implementations.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification (strongly preferred).
  • Microsoft Certified: Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Fluent in English.
