About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a proven track record in packaging design and tech pack creation. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and understands how to translate brand guidelines into visually compelling designs for products, packaging, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute packaging designs for a variety of products (e.g., retail, FMCG, apparel, etc.).
  • Develop detailed tech packs for production, ensuring design accuracy and feasibility for manufacturing.
  • Create print-ready and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet brand and production requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, packaging innovations, and printing techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on packaging and tech packs.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (knowledge of After Effects or Dimension is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and dielines.
  • Experience creating detailed tech packs for vendors/manufacturers.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in FMCG, fashion, or home textile industries.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging design.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender) is an advantage.
