Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Online Food Platform Manager who has hands-on experience in Amazon product listings and managing online food delivery platforms like Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo. You will be responsible for keeping our online platforms up to date, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer communication and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Listings:

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon.
  • Ensure all product content (titles, descriptions, images, etc.) is accurate and SEO-optimized.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven improvements.

Online Food Delivery Platforms:

  • Manage and update menus on Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
  • Add new items, adjust pricing, and update item availability as needed.
  • Ensure all platforms reflect the correct and up-to-date information.

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly to customer messages, reviews, and inquiries across all platforms.
  • Handle customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.

Performance Tracking:

  • Generate and analyze monthly performance reports.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the team to implement strategies to improve scores and visibility on each platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon listings (1+ year preferred).
  • Familiarity with managing restaurant listings on Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and basic knowledge of food delivery logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
