Location: Office-based – GIGA Mall, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PST) | 9 Hours Daily

City: Rawalpindi/Islamabad ONLY

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and solid experience in the e-commerce customer service domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and timely manner

Manage order processing, including placing, tracking, and backordering

Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve order or product-related concerns

Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer service tickets

Monitor e-commerce platforms for new orders and updates

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation

Work closely with the fulfillment and operations team to ensure smooth order processing

Requirements:

Must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad (Applicants from other cities or seeking remote work will not be considered)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Showired, WooCommerce, etc.)

Only experienced candidates in ecommerce customer service industry will be considered (virtual assistant, call center representative, account manager, portal manager, ticket handlers etc)

Exceptional English communication skills – both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach

Familiarity with order management systems and customer service tools

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Punctual, reliable, and a team player
