Role Description


• Daily monitoring of business performance and take proactive action accordingly.


• Day to day coordination with the platforms category/demand & planning team for PO generation & forecasting alignment.


• Monthly & Quarterly performance reviews with brands ecommerce team.


• Relationship management with Q-Commerce & B2B category teams for sustainable business.


• Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to meet customer needs.


• Responsible for the reconciliation of platforms payments & brands payments by coordinating with the finance teams.


• Responsible for brands monthly sales growth against the set target, business optimization & business development.


• Responsible for the timely intimation to all the platforms in case of any price structure update & new article listing.


• Responsible for the primary complete execution starting from PO creation till delivery acknowledgement in DMS (Distribution Management System) in timely manner to avoid discrepancies.


• Responsible for stock planning, forecasting & expiry stock treatment with brands and for operational KPI's: Availability %, Fill rate % , Lead Time etc.


• Responsible for driving category insights, thought leadership for the category in which the brands operate, competition brands performance monitoring etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge in E-commerce commercial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
