Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include promoting company services, acquiring and managing clients, developing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer support. Day-to-day operations also involve generating leads, conducting sales meetings, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering product training to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to identify opportunities, drive revenue, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in Training clients by providing clarity and guidance on products and services offered.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in trading, financial markets, or a similar industry is a plus.
