Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our social media content aligns with our overall marketing goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
  • Manage daily posting, content creation, and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Design and run paid ad campaigns on social media channels.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply new strategies to grow audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage brand reputation and engage with followers/customers through comments and messages.
  • Generate leads through social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with prospective customers via calls, emails, and messages to qualify and close leads.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, drip campaigns).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer follow-up.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Oversee e-commerce initiatives through targeted social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and sales closing.
  • Strong communication and speaking skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) are an asset.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
  • Ability to build rapport and confidently handle customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of paid ads and CRM systems is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs80,000.00 per month
