Job Description:

We're hiring a creative, smart, and reliable Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join us as full-time. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English, knows how to create engaging content (especially reels), and is passionate about growing brands on social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and creative content for social media (reels, posts, stories, etc.)

  • Plan and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.

  • Stay updated on trends and apply them to content strategies

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency

  • Perform Quality Assurance to make sure content meets high standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Social Sciences, Media Studies, Marketing (or equivalent).

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills and performance tracking.

  • Good understanding of trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms

  • Skilled in tools like Canva, CapCut, or other reel/video editing apps

  • Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented
