Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive located in Karachi with the shift time being 1PM - 10PM. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Daily tasks include supporting HR management activities, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and addressing employee concerns and inquiries. The role also involves coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting employee orientation and onboarding, and assisting in performance management processes.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role (internships or part-time experience acceptable).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role is an advantage
