We are hiring Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing technical support and handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and calls.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and provide solutions.
- Maintain a high level of service knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred).
- Proficiency in using computer and softwares.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
