Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in cold calling/customer service/sales

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the USA to introduce our Medicare Wound Services.
  • Clearly and confidently explain service benefits, features, and eligibility requirements.
  • Identify customer needs, handle objections, and guide them through the initial sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and Medicare service guidelines.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone voice.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high motivation.
  • Comfortable working the night shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) to align with USA business hours.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM use.
  • Patient and empathetic demeanor suitable for healthcare-related services.
