Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and client communications.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present key data to management.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team.
  • Support in documentation and follow-ups related to purchase orders, billing, and payments.
  • Handle routine correspondence and provide after-sales support to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 years of proven experience in software and IT licensing sales.
  • Experience with Zoom, AnyDesk, or similar remote access and conferencing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, karachi.
