Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial Analyst with strong manufacturing sector experience. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing insightful reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and driving cost optimization within the manufacturing operations. The role requires expertise in financial planning and analysis, cost control, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial planning, analysis, and reporting for manufacturing operations.

Monitor, analyze, and report on production costs, variances, and inventory valuation.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

Develop and track KPIs related to manufacturing performance and cost efficiency.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial models.

Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions.

Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

ACCA / Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

5–6 years of relevant financial analysis experience, with at least 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and management.

High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
