Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and passionate Oracle Developers (Senior and Junior) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle-based applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle database applications using
  PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  .
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into
  functional specifications
  to meet business needs.
• Design and implement
  data models
  for efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
• Conduct
  performance tuning
  and optimization of database queries and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
  integrate Oracle applications
  with existing systems and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by
  analyzing logs, debugging code, and implementing corrective actions
  .
• Establish and follow
  best practices
  for database development and deployment, ensuring security and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain
  technical documentation
  , workflows, and specifications for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the
  latest Oracle technologies
  and industry trends to improve development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with
  PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  development.
• Hands-on experience in
  database design, data modeling, and query optimization
  .
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
• Understanding of
  software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Computer Science, IT, or related field
  .
