We are seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator (DBA)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and scalability of our databases while supporting business and development needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain database systems.

Ensure database security, backup, and recovery procedures.

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems.

Support development teams with database queries and structures.

Maintain compliance with security and data protection policies.

Plan for scalability and future database growth.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

Expertise in performance tuning, replication, and clustering.

Hands-on experience with cloud databases (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Scripting and automation skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell).

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a DBA or in database management.

Certifications such as Oracle Certified, Microsoft SQL Server, or AWS RDS (preferred).
