We are seeking a passionate and skilled
AI/ML Engineer
to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in building intelligent systems, working on automation, and contributing to cutting-edge AI projects. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business teams to design, train, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    Machine Learning
    and
    AI models
    for real-world applications.
  • Work with
    Agentic AI
    and
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    frameworks to enhance automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into existing systems.
  • Preprocess and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Optimize ML models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Deploy AI/ML models to production environments using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Research and experiment with
    emerging AI technologies
    to continuously improve system performance.
  • Work closely with backend and automation teams to integrate AI models into applications and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    6 months of hands-on experience
    in AI/ML development or projects.
  • Strong programming skills in Python
    , including experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, and RAG
    projects.
  • Familiarity with
    MCP
    and
    N8N
    (workflow automation tools) is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with
    API development and integration
    for AI systems.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and analytical skills
    .
  • Strong communication skills
    and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with
    LangChain
    ,
    OpenAI APIs
    , or
    LlamaIndex
    .
  • Familiarity with
    vector databases
    (like Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS).
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    .
  • Knowledge of
    prompt engineering
    and
    LLM fine-tuning
    .
