Job Overview

Sunday Bazar is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of graphic design, capable of creating catchy thumbnails, banners, and visuals for social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for various social media platforms.
  • Trim, color grade, and enhance raw footage with engaging transitions, effects, and music.
  • Add text animations, subtitles, and motion graphics to boost viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video ideas and trends.
  • Design supporting visual assets (thumbnails, banners, static posts) when needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all video and graphic outputs.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and editing styles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing for social media (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut/DaVinci Resolve.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator for simple designs.
  • Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and sound synchronization.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience editing product showcase or lifestyle videos.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and content engagement.
  • Photography or camera handling skills (a plus, not mandatory).
