RPA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
RPA Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using leading RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of bots to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and support existing automations, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
• Implement best practices in RPA development, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.
• Stay updated with new RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in RPA development (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere preferred).
• Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle: process design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (C#, .NET, Python, VBScript, or Java).
• Understanding of databases (SQL/Oracle) and APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations in automation (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
