We are looking for a talented
QA Specialist – Content & Writing
to join our team. The role focuses on reviewing, proofreading, and ensuring all written content meets the highest standards of quality, SEO, and brand voice before publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofread, edit, and review all content for grammar, spelling, tone, clarity, and structure.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta tags, headings, and URLs.
  • Check plagiarism and guarantee originality in all content.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, clarity, and accuracy across blogs, social media, website content, and marketing copies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers and help improve content quality.
  • Collaborate with writers, SEO specialists, and designers for final content approvals.
  • Develop and maintain content checklists, style guides, and quality standards for the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in editing, proofreading, and content quality assurance.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing style.
  • Familiarity with SEO writing techniques, plagiarism tools, and digital content formats.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and guide the writing team.
