Job Overview:

e2B Solutions is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.

  • Develop and design brand identity materials such as logos, typography, and color palettes that align with the company's vision and objectives.

  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while bringing innovation and creativity to projects.

  • Work with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience (minimum 2-4 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking creative direction and feedback effectively.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
