We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & 2D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design principles and 2D animation techniques. This role requires a creative individual who can conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs and dynamic animations for a variety of projects, from marketing materials to digital content.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging visual content across various platforms.
  • Develop and animate 2D graphics for explainer videos, advertisements, educational content, and other digital productions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard animation sequences, bringing ideas from initial concept to final execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design and animation outputs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and 2D animation software and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide creative input and solutions during brainstorming sessions.
  • Prepare files for various outputs, ensuring high quality and correct specifications for both digital and print.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and 2D Animator, demonstrated by a strong and diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of graphic design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
  • Strong knowledge of 2D animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch, anticipation, etc.).
  • Experience with character design and rigging for 2D animation is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Knowledge of video editing and sound design principles.
