We are hiring an experienced Dialer Operator for our ViciDial system

Responsibilities:

Manage ViciDial daily for Medicare & DME campaigns

Load data files, clean data, and maintain dialer hygiene

Monitor campaigns and optimize performance

Coordinate with management and agents for smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience running ViciDial (Medicare/DME experience is a big plus)

Must know how to upload lists, scrub data, and set up campaigns

Attention to detail — no room for mistakes

Must be hardworking, fast learner, and reliable
