Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Icon Designer located in Gulgasht Colony. The Icon Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality icons that align with brand guidelines, collaborating with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of icons, conducting user research to understand design needs, and refining designs based on feedback. Other tasks include staying updated with the latest design trends and techniques, creating style guides for consistent icon usage, and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience with user research methodologies and design iteration based on feedback
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in designing icons for digital platforms is a plus
