Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facility, management, supplies, and logistics.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and maintenance of administrative records.
- Monitor office equipment, utilities, and ensure timely repairs/maintenance.
- Assist in vendor management including procurement, quotations, and contract follow-ups.
- Organize office events, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Support management in cost control and efficient resource utilization.
- Prepare administrative reports as required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Prepare and maintain daily fuel consumption sheets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email Drafting).
