Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, etc.)
  • Monitor and update stock availability and product status
  • Support order processing, tracking, and coordination with the operations team
  • Help manage customer queries and provide timely responses
  • Assist with daily sales reporting and performance analysis
  • Work with the marketing team to update banners, promotions, and campaigns
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and best practices
  • Ensure product content accuracy and consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Fast learner and eager to explore e-commerce operations
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
