About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards are followed.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a good university.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, , , and
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Redux, and (a plus).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless deployment.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
