Job Title: Logistic Coordinator – (RekoDik Site)

Department: Administration

Job Purpose:

The Logistic Coordinator Reko-Dik is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics operations at the remote site, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies. The role involves close coordination with the central supply chain, vendors, transporters, and site departments to support uninterrupted site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all logistics and transportation activities for the site.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels for site operations.
  • Liaise with the central procurement and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
  • Supervise loading and unloading operations, ensuring safe handling of goods.
  • Track and report vehicle movement, delivery schedules, and transport documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for smooth logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company logistics policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage fuel distribution and consumption records at the site.
  • Support cost control by optimizing transport routes and managing logistics budgets.
  • Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports and submit them to the management.
  • Oversee site warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
  • Handle emergency logistics arrangements during urgent operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics operations at remote or project sites.
  • Strong understanding of transport management, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently under challenging remote site conditions.
