Before applying, please note that it is NOT a remote position. This job requires you to work on-site in our DHA Phase 6, Lahore office, and is solely for candidates based in Lahore.

We're hiring a full-time HR Executive to support and strengthen our human resources operations. If you have at least one year of experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level.

You'll handle everything from talent acquisition to onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management, ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and our people feel valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs for a smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support for HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with management to improve workplace culture and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment tools, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic HR software.
