The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and databases for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Prepare hiring reports and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in the construction, real estate, or corporate sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and ATS tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet hiring deadlines.
