About the Role

Rinova AI is seeking an experienced 
Medical Biller

to join our growing team in Islamabad. This is a hybrid position ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the full revenue cycle and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 
  insurance verification, claim submission, prior authorizations, and rejection/denial management
• Perform 
  payment posting, reconciliation, and accounts receivable (A/R) management
• Communicate effectively with US-based insurance companies via phone and portals
• Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies
• Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up processes to ensure clean claim submission and maximum reimbursement

Requirements

• 3+ years

of experience in US medical billing
- Proficient with 
multiple EHRs

(at least 
4 or more

, such as eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, etc.)
- Strong understanding of:
- Copay, deductible, coinsurance, and patient responsibility
- In-network vs out-of-network benefits
- Claim life cycle and payer requirements
- Excellent 
verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with 
Microsoft Excel

and other data tools
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new platforms and systems
- Proactive problem-solver

with strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Prior experience making 
US healthcare insurance calls
