Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an SQA Engineer located in Punjab, Pakistan. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure software quality. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough testing of software applications, identifying and documenting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, and verifying bug fixes. The role also entails analyzing testing processes to improve efficiency and implementing robust quality assurance strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Software Testing, Quality Assurance methodologies, and Test Automation.
  • Proficiency in Manual Testing, Test Case Creation, and Bug Reporting.
  • Experience with Defect Tracking tools, Performance Testing frameworks, and Regression Testing.
  • Knowledge of Scripting Languages and testing APIs for back-end systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or software development environment is highly desirable.
