Job Title: Senior SQA Engineer (CRO Creator)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SQA Engineer (CRO Creator) who can critically observe websites, identify bugs, imperfections, and usability issues, while ensuring extensive documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design evaluation and the ability to suggest improvements that enhance user experience and website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough QA testing on websites to identify bugs, errors, and imperfections.

Perform extensive design QA to ensure layouts, components, and visuals meet quality standards.

Create clear and detailed documentation of findings, test cases, and reports.

Collaborate with development and design teams to improve usability, aesthetics, and performance.

Provide insights and recommendations for design betterment and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Ensure website responsiveness, functionality, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA), preferably in web applications.

Strong knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.

Keen eye for design, UX, and UI improvements.

Hands-on experience with QA tools, bug tracking systems, and test documentation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and other CRO techniques.

Experience in collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams.
