What You'll Do

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Design and manage databases (MySQL), including creating complex queries and optimizing performance.
  • Work with MVC frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter to build modular and maintainable applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, QA) to deliver impactful features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong proficiency in PHP, with a solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
  • Extensive experience with MySQL, including joins, indexing, and query optimization.
  • A good understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.
  • Hands-on experience with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. Experience with frameworks like or React is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and standard deployment workflows.
  • An understanding of security best practices (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).
