Job Description – Amazon Marketing Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing PPC campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI while contributing to the overall growth of our e-commerce presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage Existing Campaigns: Monitor and optimize current PPC strategies to improve performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators including ACoS, conversion rates, and ranking. Provide regular performance reports to management.
- Campaign Creation & Implementation: Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns aligned with product launches and promotional activities.
- Improvement Identification: Analyze campaign data to identify underperforming areas and optimize targeting, bidding, and keyword strategies.
- Admin & Research: Conduct research and support administrative tasks to enhance business operations.
- Listing optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content)
- Reporting on key sales metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and ranking.
- Managing general operations, including resolving listing issues, creating support cases, and ensuring smooth platform functionality.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and Support administrative and research tasks to help enhance overall e-commerce operations.
Required Skills
- Proven Amazon marketing experience, with a strong focus on keyword optimization and PPC campaign management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or similar.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or above), both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a reliable computer and internet connection.
- Capability to accept USD payments.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of broader digital marketing strategies (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience with Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central analytics).
- Understanding of consumer behavior and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with content creation (listings, A+ content, product descriptions).
Must-Have Skills
- Proven track record of managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Creative mindset for ad copywriting and visual content recommendations.
- Knowledge of automation tools or scripts to optimize campaigns.
- Prior experience working in a remote international team.
Job Details
· Job Type: Full-time, 12-month rolling contract with a 3-month probation period.
· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm UK time. Weekend availability is required.
· Pay: Starting from USD250 per month, commensurate with experience.
· Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
· Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon Advertising is required.
· Language: Good English proficiency (C1 level or above) is required.
